Once the application is received, one of volunteers will process the application and his foster mom will contact you for further information and to answer any questions you may have at that time.

This is Kristoff and he is 16 weeks old and weighs 11.5 pounds. He was found roaming next to a busy road. He is a Pug Chihuahua mix (Jug). He is a sweet dog who loves to be petted, and he is good with other dogs and kids. He will lay with you all day if you let him.He is crate trained and we are working on potty training.He does know how to use puppy pads and gets better everyday with going potty outside.

His foster mom is currently working with him, learning how to walk on a leash. He seems to be crate trained and a very well behaved little boy. He is learning all about his house manners and doing very well.

Kristoff is not neutered yet because he is too young. Adopters will be required to sign a spay/neuter contract and when he is age appropriate he will need to be set up with an appointment for his neuter. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once an appointment date is set we will call your vet of choice and pay $75 towards his surgery directly to his vet bill.

We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets.

We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets. All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates.
